A live status page is not available yet. If something is not working for you, email hello@ravionix.com and we will reply as soon as we can.
Availability
We do not publish an availability percentage. No measured uptime record exists yet, so committing to a figure would not be evidence-backed.
During an incident
If an incident affects your data, we follow our incident process: contain it, work out what was affected, and notify you and the relevant authorities where the law requires. Afterwards we write up what happened and what we changed.
